Photographer Garry Winograng
Garry Winogrand was a black and white photographer who died in the early eighties. His work was all
portraiture, though most of his photos were not portraits most people think of today. They almost all
seem to be of strangers. By looking through several and several of his photographs, you would get the
ideal that he simply walked down crowed city streets and photographed the people who caught his eye.
Some of his photos were at parties or what seem to be large openings of some sort. Winogrand knew
what he liked to photograph and he caught many amazing shots through his life.
